4 Booty Band Exercises For Your Best Looking Butt Ever

Banded Squats

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Start with your feet slightly apart, whilst your booty band is just above your knees. 
  2. Slowly push your hips back and bending your knees into a like sitting position. Your knees should be about a 90-degree angle. Hold your position for a few seconds, then slowly lift your back and knees back to the starting position.  
  3. Perform 8–12 reps.

Banded Crab Walks

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Begin with a squat position with the band placed above your knees.
  2. With the lead foot, take a step diagonally outward/forward while maintaining the squat position.
  3. Step with back leg to return to starting squat position. Repeat this motion, and alternate the lead foot.
  4. Perform 10-15 reps.

Booty Leg Press: 

The leg press machine is a popular piece of gym equipment that can help build leg muscles.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Sit down at a leg press machine with your booty band placed above your knees. Your bottom should be flat against the seat rather than raised. Your legs should form an angle of about 90 degrees at the knees.
  2. Slowly push the platform away with your legs, extend both your legs and hold for a few seconds.
  3. Slowly return the footplate to the starting position by gradually bending the knees. Keep the feet and back flat throughout.
  4. Perform 8–12 reps.

Hip Thrust

The hip thrust is similar to the glute bridge, but it is performed using a barbell.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Be in a seated position on the floor, with your knees bent and feet wider apart.
  2. Place the weight bar across your hips and your booty band above your knees.
  3. Slowly press the bar straight up until the hips are in line with your shoulders and knees, make sure to squeeze your glutes. Hold for a few seconds, keeping your core tight.
  4. Slowly lower the bar down until the hips are just a few inches off the floor.
  5. Perform 8-12 reps.
