Depending on your location and the type of product you have purchased, your packages will be shipped by Australia Post, Toll, or Fastway couriers to provide the most efficient and quickest delivery service to your door step.

Do you ship worldwide?

No. We currently deliver to Australian addresses. 

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
