Are they easy to use as a beginner?

Absolutely, they can be used for all fitness levels. As a beginner, begin the light resistance which is the green band, and gradually increase your intensity level by changing the bands, pink and purple.

Are the resistance bands the same?
You have a choice of three booty bands of the same size 8cm x 36cm or three booty bands small, medium and large, all bands gives you the maximum benefits. 

Beginner: Start with the light resistance, the resistance strength is up to 9kgs.
Intermediate: Recommended the medium resistance, the strength is up to 15kgs.
Athlete: Are you a warrior princess? TRY our heavy resistance level, strength is up to 29kgs

Can these exercise bands set breakable?
Unlike the latex bands, these bands are tougher and stronger, it can stand the most stretches. There are 3 layers of cotton grip with the latex to provide a stronger hold for your exercise. It's made to last, it will not break while you exercise.

Do these bands roll up?
Not at all, they stay in place while you exercise. They don't pinch, snap, pull or roll up while you exercise.
