Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If a piece isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Return Window

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

• Email support@blazan.store with your order number and reason
• We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address
• Ship the item back — once it arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.

Damaged on Arrival

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email a photo to support@blazan.store or call +1 (210) 616-2525 — we'll send a replacement immediately or refund you in full, your choice. No need to ship the damaged item back in most cases.

Non-Returnable Items

Final-sale clearance items and gift cards cannot be returned. Underwear and swimwear are final sale for hygiene reasons.
