By using blazan.store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are in USD and shown with applicable sale discounts. Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy; we accept it when we email confirmation. We may cancel and refund orders flagged as pricing errors or fraud.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We accept major credit cards and Shopify-supported wallets. No sales tax is collected.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title passes on delivery to the carrier. We ship to United States addresses only; see the Shipping Policy for details.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy — 30 days for unworn items with tags.

Product Information

We describe garments as accurately as possible, including fabric content and fit notes. Colors may vary slightly by monitor. Garment measurements on each page are the source of truth for fit.

Intellectual Property

All site content, imagery, and the Blazan name are our property or used with permission. No reproduction without written consent.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blazan's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
